ENROLLMENT

Please have the following information on hand before beginning the registration:

• Emergency contacts
  • Must have 3 in addition to registering parent
  • Must include phone and address for each Emergency Contact
  • Emergency Contacts must be over 18 years of age
• Health and medication information including physician and dentist names, phone numbers and addresses.
• Electronic payment method (credit card or ACH)

Child Care contract requests are pending approval by the Lakes Area Enrichment Center office.
